This document is a public offer by the Administration of the VeroxVPN service (the "Provider") to grant access to a VPN service.
1. ACCEPTANCE
1.1. Payment for a subscription constitutes acceptance (full agreement) of this offer.
1.2. From the moment of acceptance, the contract is deemed concluded on the terms of this offer and the Terms of Service.
2. SUBJECT
2.1. The Provider grants the Customer access to VPN servers for the term and to the extent corresponding to the selected plan.
2.2. The list of plans, their prices, traffic limits and device counts are published in the bot @VeroxVPN_bot and on the website verox.run and form an integral part of this offer.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
3.1. Prices are stated in Russian roubles.
3.2. Payment is made via Telegram Stars.
3.3. Access is granted immediately after payment is confirmed.
4. TERM OF SERVICE
4.1. The service is provided continuously throughout the paid period.
4.2. The service is deemed properly rendered if access to the servers was granted to the Customer during the paid period.
5. REFUNDS
5.1. Access is granted immediately upon payment, therefore no refund is issued for an activated subscription.
5.2. To verify that the Service works before paying, the Customer is given a free trial period: 3 days, 10 GB, 1 device.
5.3. If the Service is inoperable through the Provider's fault, compensation is decided individually upon a support request.
6. LIABILITY
6.1. The service is provided "as is". The Provider does not warrant that the Service will work with the Customer's particular internet provider, nor any specific connection speed.
6.2. The Provider's liability is limited to the cost of the paid and unused period.
7. MISCELLANEOUS
7.1. The Provider may amend this offer; the current version is published in the bot and on the website.
7.2. The Customer confirms that they are of full legal age and use the Service for lawful purposes.
