PRIVACY POLICY

We run a VPN. The whole point of this service is privacy, so we collect exactly the minimum of data without which the service cannot be provided, and nothing beyond that.
1. WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do NOT keep or store:
logs of the websites or destination IP addresses you visit;
the contents of your traffic;
your DNS queries;
the history of your online activity.
We physically cannot hand over such information on request, because we do not have it.
2. WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY
Telegram ID and username - account identification; without it the bot cannot recognise you.
Email address - only if you choose to sign in to the dashboard by email.
Payment history and subscription status - performance of the contract and support.
Volume of traffic used (in gigabytes) - enforcing the plan limit. Only the amount is counted, never the content.
Identifiers of connected devices - enforcing the plan's device limit.
Server technical logs (connection events and times) - required to operate and diagnose the infrastructure; kept for a limited time.
3. LEGAL BASIS
Data is processed to perform the contract between you and the Service (providing VPN access) and is not used for profiling or advertising.
4. THIRD PARTIES
4.1. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4.2. Payments are processed by Telegram (Telegram Stars) under their own rules. Bank card details are never passed to us and are not stored by us.
4.3. The Service's servers are hosted with hosting providers who supply infrastructure but have no access to the contents of your traffic.
5. WEBSITE
The website verox.run uses no advertising or analytics trackers and sets no tracking cookies. Your chosen theme and language are stored only in your browser.
6. RETENTION AND DELETION
6.1. Account data is kept for as long as your account exists.
6.2. You may request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time by contacting support. Data we are required by law to retain (for example, records of payments made) is deleted once the statutory periods expire.
7. SECURITY
Connections are encrypted with modern protocols. Access to the Service's database is restricted and protected.
