TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL
1.1. These Terms govern the relationship between the Administration of the VeroxVPN service (the "Service") and the individual using it (the "User").
1.2. Using the Service means full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.
1.3. The Service is provided through the Telegram bot @VeroxVPN_bot and the website verox.run.
2. SUBJECT
2.1. The Service provides the User with access to VPN servers for establishing an encrypted connection.
2.2. Access is granted for the term of the paid subscription.
2.3. The Service is a technical tool for protecting a connection and is not intended to conceal unlawful activity.
3. ACCOUNT
3.1. An account is created automatically on first contact with the bot and is linked to your Telegram account.
3.2. Sign-in to the personal dashboard by email address is also available.
3.3. The User undertakes not to share subscription access with third parties beyond the device limit of their plan.
4. PLANS AND PAYMENT
4.1. Current plans, terms and limits are listed in the bot @VeroxVPN_bot and on the website verox.run.
4.2. Payment is made via Telegram Stars inside Telegram.
4.3. The subscription is activated after payment is confirmed.
4.4. Auto-renewal is enabled by default and can be switched off by the User in the bot at any time.
4.5. The Service may change its prices. Changes do not affect an already paid period.
5. FREE TRIAL
5.1. A new User is granted free trial access: 3 days, 10 GB of traffic, 1 device.
5.2. The purpose of the trial is to let the User verify that the Service works on their own network before paying.
5.3. The trial is granted once.
6. REFUNDS
6.1. The service is deemed rendered from the moment the subscription is activated, since access to the servers is granted immediately.
6.2. No refund is issued for an activated subscription. It is precisely for pre-purchase verification that a free trial period is provided (clause 5).
6.3. Exception: if the Service was inoperable through the fault of the Service (an infrastructure failure) and the problem was not resolved, compensation is considered individually upon a support request.
6.4. Inability to connect due to restrictions imposed by the User's internet provider, or the specifics of their network or device, is not a ground for a refund — these circumstances are what the trial period is for.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
7.1. It is prohibited to use the Service for:
any unlawful activity;
distributing spam or malware;
network attacks, scanning or breaking into third-party systems;
infringing the rights of third parties;
actions that create excessive load and interfere with other Users.
7.2. Reselling access and sharing the subscription beyond the device limit are prohibited.
7.3. In case of violation, access may be blocked without a refund.
8. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
8.1. The Service is provided "as is".
8.2. The Service does not warrant that it will work with every particular internet provider: blocking methods change constantly. This is why the User is given a set of several protocols and a free trial period.
8.3. The Service does not warrant uninterrupted operation or any particular connection speed: these depend on server load, routing and the User's provider.
8.4. The Service is not liable for the User's actions or for the content of the traffic they transmit.
8.5. In any event, the Service's liability is limited to the cost of the paid and unused part of the subscription.
9. CHANGES
9.1. The Service may amend these Terms. The current version is published in the bot and on the website.
9.2. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of them.
